COVID-19 Message from Polloway & Polloway, LLP 

Dear Valued Customers,

We at Polloway & Polloway, LLP are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our clients, our attorneys, and our colleagues at this uncertain time.  

Polloway & Polloway, LLP will remain open for business, but with adherence to significant safety precautions, to continue working for you while we comply with the necessary protocol of safe social distancing and with a rotating schedule of our three attorneys within the physical office itself.

In this regard and until further notice, Polloway & Polloway, LLP will NOT be accepting “drop-in” appointments with clients at our office.  

If you wish to consult with us during this period, we will continue to make ourselves available to you during our regular business hours by email and phone to attend to your legal needs. However, to ensure your safety and the safety of your family and ours, we will conduct all meetings either via phone or by a form of video conferencing (if available to you).  

The office’s main telephone number, (732) 842-5300, will continue to ring through to our voicemail if the physical office is unstaffed at some point during the workday. Messages left on the voicemail system go to our respective email accounts. Please leave a message for your respective attorney with a call-back number and you will receive a return call as promptly as possible.  

Polloway & Polloway, LLP is also accepting new clients and will schedule initial consultations by telephone or by video conference as well.

Our loyal and attentive service to our clients continues to be the hallmark of our practice and we will continue to monitor the situation within the New Jersey Court system (including Workers’ Compensation courts) as we work on our clients’ cases.
