Experience:  Jack Polloway is a seasoned trial attorney who has served clients in Monmouth County and all over New Jersey for over 32 years.  Jack’s extensive trial experience began as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office from 1973 to 1981 where he was head of Special Prosecutions and White-Collar Crime Prosecutions.  Since going into private practice in 1981, Jack has handled several thousand cases involving personal injury and workers’ compensation as well as criminal defense matters.  In addition to his prolific service to his clients in private practice, Jack also served as the Municipal Prosecutor of the Borough of Oceanport from 1984 until 2003.

Experience:  Michael S. Polloway began his legal career in New York City at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP initially focusing on complex business and real estate transactions.  Michael joined Polloway & Polloway, LLP in May 2002 and quickly developed a noted reputation in the legal community in both personal injury / workers’ compensation as well as in criminal and municipal court cases.  In addition, Michael has amassed a significant clientele in residential and commercial real estate market and has handled numerous complex transactions for small businesses.

Michael S. Polloway, Esq.

Experience:  Merric J. Polloway began his legal career as a law clerk to The Honorable Maryanne Trump Barry of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Judicial Circuit in from August 2000 until September 2001.  After completing his federal judicial clerkship, Merric joined Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in New York City.  Merric later joined Polloway & Polloway, LLP in January 2005 and has become immersed in the firm’s personal injury / workers’ compensation work as well as in its significant criminal and municipal court caseload.  In addition, Merric has joined with Michael to bolster the firm’s residential and commercial real estate practice and has handled the firm’s estate administration matters.
